Making...peanut butter cris cross cookies. Oh.... and finding all sorts of bugs in my infested house. I think I may have added a couple of the bugs in the cookies. Extra protein and added crunch!
P.S. Mark and I went to see Monsters Vs. Aliens 3D! Can I just say.... it was not what I expected! C-U-T-E

Going to the....

beach sounds fun, anything outdoors sounds great. The weather here is perfect. Last time we went to the beach Mark got stung by a sting ray. He still wants to go back...! I want to go back. I am getting the itch to take a trip to San Diego...my sister, beach and fun. *Note if you ever get stung by a sting ray, make sure you put what ever part of your body that got stung in hot water. It makes the poison come out.
While the weather is awesome....I am going to enjoy it!

Can I just say....today's conferences were inspiring! Monson you touched my soul!

An old past time...

was sewing as a kid. I was the only child in my family who was eager to learn. I sewed pillows, doll clothes and purses. Sewing was a big hobby in my Mom's life. She sewed many of my sisters wedding dresses as well as bridesmaids dresses. I remember clothes my Mom sewed for me. She has talent! Unfortunately...I do not sew anymore. I would like to invest in a sewing machine. I want to start with a pretty basic pattern for an apron. Here's what fabric I am thinking of using. Mom... get ready to help me out on this, when I come and visit again.
