A disaster

with putting high lights into my hair turned me into a brunette.

Born in the

wrong decade. I find myself enjoying the 50's era. The cars, the clothes the kitchen stuff. I like these Vintage 1950's RAY BAN sunglasses.

Going to make some yummy fish on the grill today with some cocnut rice. The fish is marinating in some orange juice and zest as we speak. Sounds tasty! 8 more days till I am done with work! Exciting! Love you Mommers!

Food....

storage! The joy of it and where to put it especially in the dessert! Mark and I are starting our food storage. We have a really cool store that is dedicated in food storage and is popular in UT. It is called Honeyville Farms. It is 30 min's away from us and we just learned of it. Here is a link. We are going to be taking a cooking class on food storage from this company next week. Mark and I are thrilled to be starting our food storage. So far we got some shredded frozen dried potatoes and some frozen dried fruit, which I will incorporate with some meals. We want to learn how to make the food before we start to buy more of it for food storage. Kind of nice having this store so close. I never knew I could get excited over food storage. Oh the joys of adult hood.

I have been Marks taxi these past 9 months and have had many changes. Things will slow down at the end of May. So happy days are approaching :) Here is a homemade Veggie Chili that taste fresh and yummy, eat it with a slice of cornbread. It made my house smell so good! The recipe is not on the site but it is in the May issue of Everyday Food mag. Will post when it comes available. Gosh... it seems that things have changed on the blogging world.
